"Overall excellent place to stay. I only have v minor issues which are probably more personal preference than anything. Shower flooded the whole bathroom on every use, air con was so noisy all night and pool could have used a clean to remove dead leaves. Other than that a wonderful place to stay"

"Everything was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Lierna is beautiful and the location of this stay was really convenient! If you’re a solo traveler, I highly recommend! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I will definitely stop here again when I go back to Italy!"

"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"This is a very nicely appointed suite with a complete kitchen just steps from the ferry landings. The check in process is Byzantine with a blizzard of videos but ultimately the process went very smoothly and the host was responsive.
Our suite “the queen” was a serious climb up- a total of 70 steps from street level, so probably not a great choice for elderly travelers or people in poor physical condition."
