"Whan I booked the hotel I paid upfront with the understanding that I could cancel right up to the day before arrival. Tried before going to cancel the last night as having to come home early (should have been able to according to my original booking) but told they could not do it. Tried again to cancel when we got there and told they could not do it either as it was a special rate (complete lie). Lady manager told me that we had paid for breakfast and then at the end charged me for...

Our room and bathroom were comfortable and pleasant with everything we needed, while breakfast, served on the terrace, was delicious with homemade cake and jams. An excellent address which we strongly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful corner of Normandy."
