"Customer service wasn't what I expected. We arrrived at the front of the Encore with 2 huge suitcases and carry ons and asked where the front door was. Doorguy pointed at the door 15 feet away but didnt open the door for us. Get to the front desk at 2:40 and asked if we could check in early. They said no and then told us there was a room available facing the sphere for a 140 dollar/ day upcharge. We said no, and then said we'd just wait 20 minutes.
