"THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BED COMFORTABLE, VERY BASIC. THERE WAS NO HAIR DRYER IN THE ROOM. BUT WAS VERY DISTURBING WAS THE HALLWAYS. I STAYED ON THE 9TH FLOOR, AND THE HALLWAYS WERE VERY DARK, AND SMELLED LIKE URINE, VERY PUTRID!! I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN."
"The room was clean and my request for near an elevator was done. I asked for it morning of arrival. Wasn't sure if I would get it. I wish more restaurants were open at 8:30 on a Tuesday night."
"No heat system in room which was definitely needed during first two cold nights of our stay. Hotel Engineer was unable to help us because the hotel had REMOVED our room’s heating system.
IT IS AGAINST THE LAW for a Las Vegas hotel room to lack a functional heating system. Nevada state regulations and local health district codes mandate that all guest rooms be equipped with systems capable of maintaining specific minimum temperatures during use."
