"When we arrived to the room, the toilet was not flushed and there was poop in it. We flushed it and called the front office to come and clean the bathroom. They were not well organized and it took over an hour for a technician to show up and realized we need it someone to clean the bathroom. Almost 2 hours after the 1st call to the front office 2 cleaning ladies came and said the toilet was not working. After almost 3 hours dealing with the issue we requested to get another room as it was already passed 1am. They never offered another room, we needed to request it and they gave us a new room after our complaint. Pretty sad, frustrating and disgusting situation."
"I very much enjoyed my stay, with maybe one negative comment regarding amenities in the room. It would have been nice to have a mini frig and coffee maker. We also really enjoyed the Sunday buffet from soup to nuts. Overall, would recommend this property and would return for future visits to Vegas."
"Our room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The botanical garden was being re-done, so there was a lot of construction traffic in the halls. Also….no coffee in the room, which I personally hated! The slots in the casino are also really tight - don’t bother playing to win."

"Paid $160nfor one night and they gave me a room that was by the elevators so could barely sleep it was a loud and rumbling toom all night even w/earplugs. The view outside was of some industrial piping crap. Hair on the mattress, nasty dusty weird crap on the bed, furniture, tables. Greasy fingerprints or whatever it was on the table tops. My stay sucked. The only redemption were the bell hops whom I tipped well. "
