"We really liked the place. We haven’t stayed here before and wish we had gotten a room closer to the main desk and casino. It was a very long way to everything from our room. For an 80 & 81 year old it was too far to exit or anything. We were in 7-314. If we stay again we’ll know. In general we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Cons: Check in was a mess! The lines for the self-service kiosk and customer service were wrapped and slow. We were told we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After not receiving a text, and dragging our luggage around the casino, we finally went and spoke to customer service. They "unassigned" us from our room and we were never reassigned. The text would've never come. When we were finally given a room, it was a view of the parking lot, with the sphere far in the background....

"The only good thing I can say is that the room was clean. The halls are dark. The customer service is non existent. I was directed to a kiosk. The room was small. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't at least have coffee. I paid 7.58 for a coffee at the Dunkin downstairs. Paid a resort fee. For what? I have been to Vegas twice before. I was terribly disappointed."
