"I really enjoyed the safety and customer service offered at Boca Olas. The grounds are very beautiful and make the stay very worth it. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and the breakfast restaurant area with views of the bay. The location is perfect and walking distance to any main attraction. I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to enjoy a comfortable stay. "

"The staff was very courteous. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a kind staff member, Deysy. She was professional through and through, understanding, and explained things in detail. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and pleasant, & the food delicious! The staff at the parking lot were also attentive and very kind. Overall, the staff is service-oriented and service-conscious, and it's appreciated. Pro: Hotel View. Customer Service. Transportation. Food quality. All amazing. The restaurant's food is truly tasty. Cons: There was no early check-in. I understand it is based on availability, so this is not the hotel's fault. Construction by the pool and on the outside shower. If you don't mind the noise, then you're fine. The workers do take breaks which means they are not doing non stop construction noise which is good for the guests. My hotel room was tucked in with no view. The lighting in the room is dim. I was not able to turn on the middle fan light. I could have asked for assistance but it was not a major inconvenience—just something for the hotel to know of. Not having a room with any view can be fixed by just stepping out of the room and hanging out at the restaurant or the pool. "
