"I travel a lot and rate my rooms on- 1. Was I comfortable in the room? and 2. Did I get a good night's sleep? For number 1 - I was comfortable. The room was very clean and detailed. Unfortunately for number 2, it was a fail. My husband and I were put in a room that had, I think, an apartment or other rooms above it. "Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."
