"Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. "The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel has been nicely renovated and was clean. The bathroom is still lacking a little. The bath tub didn't have a way to stop the water for our kiddos to take a bath. Our stay was very short or we would have inquired about a stopper or if they had anything to help. We were the last room next to an exterior entrance that you could get in with a key. Not sure if you can make this only available during certain times. The door was used a lot and into late...

"This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!"

"Hot tub was ice cold. TV was broken and they said they would fix it. We never heard from them again. Pool room looks like it was never swept or cleaned. Breakfast was cold. $102 for the night is cheap, but it was a ripoff for the stay at this property. "

"Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. "

"The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. "
