Cons: staff at front desk at check-in were a bit rude. Were nicer later on though. Room was filthy. Tv didnt work (and tiny), but when fixed, barely any channels. Swimming pool didnt get a lot of sun due to so many buildings surrounding it. Pros: balcony got great sun. Lots of choice for breakfast. Lovely bar tender. Beach in front is gorgeous (soft sand and clear blue water) and not full of tourists. When there was an issue, cleaners/technicians was sent up straight away.

Do not go to this hotel swim up rooms over shaped by a massive building sun stops at 11/12 food is undercooked or cold staff don’t care about privacy concerns as builders were watching me and my partner in our bikinis which was raised with hotel and laughed at

Great sea view room with fantastic room amenities - good air con, toiletries in room, huge shower, pod coffee machine, seating area in room and big bed with lovely balcony and view over the pool and beach. Buffet breakfast was not the best, but was ok.

The hotel staff did their best. I am afraid this property was not what we’re expecting at all. The class of the guests was not inline with what was stated on the site. The pool area was not appealing and the food was below par.

Huone oli siisti ja mukava. Sängyssä oli 2 tyynyä/henkilö joka oli mukavaa. Ja jääkaappi. Miinuksena ilmastointi ei toiminut parina viimeisenä päivänä ja huoneessa oli kuuma nukkua, ensimmäiset yöt sujui hyvin. Huoneessa oli kyllä tv, mutta se oli kovin pieni ja sitä ei voinut yhdistää nettiin,joten esim netflixiänei voinut katsoa. Henkilökunta oli muuten todella ystävällistä mutta viimeisenä päivänä käytiin respassa kysymässä apua miten päästään lentokentälle oli työntekijä töykeä ja vastasi voitte itse googlettaa. Mutta jatkokysymyksistä kyllä vastahakoisesti auttoi. Muu henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja iloisia. Ruoka oli hyvää ja mukavaa oli kun aal in clusivessa lounaan sai tilata listasta, sekä ruokien ulkopuolelta sellaisesta snack listasta että aina oli syötävää tarjolla. Aamupala ja illallinen oli buffetista ja todella laaja valikoima. Suosittelen kyllä tätä hotellia!

Vi oplevede de lokale tjenere på hotellet som meget imødekomme og smilende, nogen af dem blev dog skiftet ud i løbet af ugen til nogen tjenere som ikke var lokale og de var bestemt ikke hverken smilende eller imødekommende! Det var en skam da vi ellers havde en fantastisk uge på dette lækre hotel.

Worthy 4 star Hotel just some Improvements

Just for simple pool towels you had to go through a complex tedious way so didnt bother. The best part of the hotel was the lovely breakfast and the very polite staff at the breakfast restaurant. The manager was a quite bossy with staff which didnt help as I went to get waffles and staff was ordered to clear my table remove my mobile by giving to reception. If the manager listened to his staff would have been far better. The hotel overall is a lovely compact but deceptive hotel with plenty of space. Lifts call buttons were not working very well and shower holdall was loose making showerhead falling to ground. However if I come again definitely will stay at this hotel, brilliant location and cost efficiency 4 star just room for improvements.

We liked location, facilities, staff (any question was solved quickly) in the hotel. We've got nice room with beautiful sea view. There's so friendly atmosphere in this hotel. Food was so delicious, big assortment. We didn't like that during dinner no drinks were included for free (even water - it was for fee). Would be nice if some drinks are included.

Bra städning, bra frukost och middag, trevlig personal i receptionen och restaurangen. Allt var mycket bra på hotellet tills utcheckning 🙁, en osignerad faktura (okänd för mig) med en större summa från barnen var inräknad i min utchecknings faktura. Detta gjorde mig mycket ledsen och besviken på hotel administrationen att utan att fråga om den osignerade fakturan är min, räkna den tillsammans med andra signerade av mig fakturor från restaurangen och barnen vid min utcheckning !!!!!! Detta var, snällt sagt, mycket oseriöst av hotell administrationen att göra detta, eftersom detta beteende kan räknas som fusk och utnyttjande av gästers trovärdighet till hotellet. Ber alla framtida gäster i denna hotell att vara vaksam och kolla att fuskfakturor inte räknas in i era utchecknings fakturor.
