Absolutely awful, do not go.

Checked in and checked back out on the same day. The hotel was like something out of the 60’s and is in major need of a refurbishment. We actually couldn’t stay in the hotel for one night had to leave. Still itching at the thought of the rooms. Think it’s an actual rip off that they charge €90 a night for this place.

I would give to this hotel not 3 stars but only 1.5. The food was awful....we even couldn't find anything normal to eat. The room was so so, but the towels had terrible smell of smoke. The territory near the hotel is under construction, so if you want to walk in the evening it will be quite difficult. The bar woman near the pool was so much drunken at 5 p.m that she even couldn't stay on her legs abd it was difficult for her to speak...that was funny )) We stayed there only 1 night fortunately...I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel ever!!! Unacceptable condition

This is not a 3 star hotel. The hotel must close immediately and proceed with full renovation. We just saw the bad condition of the room and we did check out 2 minutes after our check in. UNACCEPTABLE dirty

The whole hotel needed some maintenance little things like knobs missing andirty worktops very old mattress. The transfer didn't turn up so cost us a taxi breakfast not a unclipped bowl if you could find one eggs cold and a toaster out the ark

Nice pool but

Beds very hard, room itself stuck in 60s time warp complete with clock radio bedside unit. Limited towels (1) and no toiletries just hand wash . Cooked or continental breakfast , no pastries! Coffee urgh, squash no orange juice. A cheap hotel no frills and roof over head. Depends what you expect to get. If you speak Russian I'm sure it would be better!

Dissapointed.

We got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. The room was dirty, towels never changed and picked up off the floor after being left before. Bedcovers thrown back by cleaner. The kitchen was unusable. Worthy of a single star only.

Ett av dom sämsta hotellet vi har varit på, kändes som ett gammalt Öststats hotell. Det luktade mögel, fuktskador på tak, väggar och möbler, badrummet hade rost och toaletten satt löst samt fuktskador i taket. En gammal handduk var blöt och kvarglömd. Hår låg kvar på nattduksbordet och hela elsystemet till rummet glappade

Rude staff, non chalant about customer discomfort and distress, food was presented awfully and looked disgusting (couldn't even force myself to eat my complimentary breakfast), elevator kept on breaking, interiors on accomodation levels looked like a mental hospital from the 1950s, was interrogated by staff about why I wanted an extra towel (which by the way I had to go down to reception to request as you cannot phone reception from your room) I.e. "Why do you want a extra towel when you have checked in for two people" ermmm hello?! Shouldn't matter why ... I am a paying customer... I am only asking for one towel!!! All interiors looked outdated and depressing, even downstairs. I urge fellow travel goers to please please rate this hotel as honestly as I did! Hopefully this will push the owners to do the right thing as give the place a well needed renovation. The profits being made by the hotel at the expense of cutting corners in the worst ways possible (and from the extremely high number of tourists who are misled from hotel pictures online and exploited because the hotel knows that tourists are desperate for accomodation) should well be able to cover renovations costs.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in over 50 years of travel. The rooms were disgusting. Floors were filthy, bedroom carpet was stained and un-vacuumed from the day we arrived till the day we left. I even had to buy cleaning products and bleach to clean the bathroom and black stained toilet myself. The air conditioning is not efficient enough in the room. The electrical points dangerous, and a health and safety hazard, coming away from the wall. The light above the sink was not IP rated, not all the lights worked. The hair dryer blew up The advertised launderette did not exist. Towels were changed once, bed linen never. The room safe that was advertised as free, was not fitted and had to be paid for to be fitted. The one off minimal payment for wireless internet was 10 Euro's a day!! The staff were miserable and belligerent; most did not speak English. The restaurant was filthy and never cleaned between meals. Constantly had to asks for the soft drinks machine to be replenished, utensils or crockery (which was mainly chipped) to be restocked. Breakfast was disgusting. The sun beds were dangerously broken, with screws sticking out (which my daughter cut her hand on), rips in fabric and sharp backrest stays poking through the fabric. The pool was hazardous with cracked tiles and drain cover collapsing, Parasols missing stay rods This Hotel should never be rated as a 3 Star. It should be lucky to be rated as a 1 Star. In my opinion, the Hotel should be condemned!!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Ziemlich schmutziges Zimmer. Möbel fallen auseinander und sind nur teilweise benutzbar. Das Bett war bequem. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht effektiv. Personal war nicht daran interessiert einen guten Service zu bieten, war unfreundlich. Das Frühstück liess ich ab dem 2. Tag ausfallen. Für das Hotel spricht die Zentrale Lage

Filthy and dirty room, terrible stay.

The room was extremely filthy, shoe prints on the bathroom floor, dirty toilet, sand in the tub. The room smelled strange. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty as well, it was not tempting to take off the shoes. During my four day stay there was no cleaning of the room (although the linens were rearranged twice by housekeeping). I had not expected Waldorf-standard rooms, but the hygienic standard disappointed me greatly. Because of fear that the same low standards applied for the kitchen as well I didn't take my chances with the breakfast that was included. The filthy room influenced the comfort felt, even if the bed itself would have been adequate in a clean room. I've read reviews where there has been complaints about rude staff. I experienced the staff as friendly enough. The kitchenette seemed to have the essential kitchenware for basic cooking, but I do recommend to bring plenty of soap and disinfectants if the plan is to eat in the room. The pool seemed to be in OK condition, at least the water was clear, and the pool area was washed. I travel a lot, 100+ flights a year, and stay between 80 and 100 nights a year in hotels, but this is my worst hotel experience ever. I don't recommend anyone to stay at the hotel until the management has dealt with the cleanliness issues and raised the hygiene standards.
