"The hotel room is spacious and clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, however l was a bit disappointed with their knowledge. Eg. I asked and l was informed that there are no bus services to the town centre, and my best option is to go and walk there. I took a 35 minutes walk to the town centre and l found a bus ride back to the hotel with a bus stop 50 metres away outside the hotel. "Positives: -Outside grounds and lanes appeared well maintained. Negatives: -Unit had dim lighting. - air conditioning unit dripped water on daughter’s bed. When I moved the bed away from under the a/c unit, there were a number of dead bugs under the bed, and my daughter wouldn’t see there. -bathroom was very sparse, and the shower stall had been poorly maintained. -bedding was old and well worn. -staff was nonexistent -"
