"The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce."

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"The best of the best. Very clean property and rooms, very nice and attentive staff. Amazing food, beautiful beach, activities on site. It’s hard to leave this place because you can just stay here all day. Multiple restaurants which all serve great food. I recommend the ocean wing upgrade with ocean lounge upgrade for a little peace and quiet."

"The place is clean and new . The staff are very nice and attentive . We don’t have any problem with parking since we didn’t have a car to park but there a space to park . The only negative I could say is that the place is not easy to locate . Can drivers don’t know the place yet . The signage of the hotel on the street is very small . But overall I would recommend the place ."

"It is a surprising, clean hotel near the airport. The low cost makes you think it is low quality. However, it is well maintained and well worth reserving. And it includes breakfast and a shuttle! The rooms are small, but perfect if your in transit. I highly recommend you consider this hotel. I would come back every time I fly into and from Cebu."

"This was our second time at the hotel within a week. We came back here after being away in Bohol for three days. Upon check-in, I asked the kind lady at the front desk if she could assign us a better room with a working air conditioner and no musty smells. She said she would try her best. After a few hours, we went back to check and the room was ready. It was in fact better than the first room we had earlier in the week. The air conditioner was still not working at full capacity, but it was better. Also, the room smelled less musty. The next day, we got a notice letting us know that there would be no hot water as the boiler was being worked on. As much as I really appreciate the kindness of the staff, I felt like this property was not the best experience for me and my daughter. I’m pretty certain we will not be back. Sad. :("

Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan

"From the moment we stepped foot onto this resort the whole team at the Crimson made us feel welcomed with their hospitality. The whole property, from the lush, green, tropical grounds being well kept and beautifully manicured, to our beautiful room being immaculately clean, and with our linens smelling fresh, and a stocked bar with welcome goodies, snacks and drinks, we were blown away with this place! The team at the Crimson take hospitality to a whole other level! We snorkeled at the beach here a saw lots of beautiful fish. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful Infiniti pool and had so much fun trying the foods at the restaurants here at the Crimson. I recommend eating at the Azure Beach Club, it’s a whole vibe in itself with outstanding service! Also the Breakfast Buffet is so delicious, I see why they have earned their Michelin stars, sooooo delicious! I have nothing but amazing things to rave about the Crimson from a quick and easy check in, to WiFi being fast, to the whole team being very accommodating and allowing us a late check out when we were leaving Cebu. I will definitely be back soon!!"
