"Booked on Expedia. Front counter staff could see but not access reservation. Made a new reservation with counter staff on the spot— she was apparently new and very confused. We were fully charged for both reservations—- 1 person, 1 night, 2 rooms, $300+. When we received our credits card statement, we tried to dispute through Expedia and the hotel denied the dispute."

"Very old hotel with old facilities. There was a weird centripede in the room. We changed room. Bath are painted over and the paint is chipping. The pool area and the reception are exceptional and ver nice. Very unfortunate that the hotel is not as nice as the pool area. Pool area is covered."

"Property feels damp and smells musty even in the lobby. Room smelled bad. Stains on floor in room. Only two towels provided and no washcloths. No shampoo bottle in room. Curtains hanging off rod. Had to make several trips to front desk to ask for things. Pillows in room smelled so bad had to spray my son’s cologne on them. Breakfast was terrible. One slice of stale bread on each tray in bread compartment. I could go on but I’ve wasted enough time with this dump. I was booked for 2 night but got refund for second night and went to a much more comfortable hotel. Find another place to stay if you’re considering staying here."

"I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation."
