Weird experience

Extremely rude receptionist at the desk when I arrived to check in after a long day of travelling. Overall left me with a very baffled feeling, since everything else in the hotel was good or even excellent. Also amazingly good breakfast.

Lovely stay at this property. Helpful service from the reception team. Rooms are very comfortable and had all the linen etc you could ask for. VERY short walk to the marina area. If you’re a traveller with mobility concerns, consider how you would walk around town as it is at the bottom of a hill.

This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima.
