"Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time.
Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns).
Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area.
Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one."

"Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!"

"The property is conveniently located around shopping complexes and the airport. However, when we arrived, we were put on the first floor in a king suite that had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. There was no hand soap and the toilet paper was missing. When we tried to take a shower, the shower did not work.
So I called the front desk and the person at the desk at the time said that they were booked up and could not move us to another room. So I called back later and requested that someone come...
