"I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. "Staff members stood behind the counter(s) appeared more like immigration officers (stern, reactive) than hospitable frontliners. Specks of stain on the headboard, aged watermarks on the shower screen, black marks at the edge of basin, in-room safe did not work, room smelled of cigarette despite a non-smoking floor.
