"There are flies everywhere in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating — especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think it’s fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7. How rude and inconsiderate — it feels like they care only about their own comfort, not their guests’. Who puts air conditioning on a timer in a hot country like Laos? On...

"Spotlessly clean rooms, all very comfortable, with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, even suggested they had a quieter room for us, at the back, even though we hadn't complained! Thank you for that! Lovely relaxed vibe, felt very wecome."

I stayed in the all-female 12-bunk dorm and the bed was so spacious and comfortable - there was lots of room to put your bags at the end and multiple little shelves to put your things on.
