"On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property. I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance. I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?"
