Hotel West End Nice Promenade

10/10 Excellent

"It’s a nice hotel in a great location, and the rooms at the front of the hotel have amazing views over the Promenade des Anglais and the beach and the sea. Breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy. There were a few issues initially, the safe didn’t work, and the shower wasn’t properly attached, so sprayed as much water up as down. These were fixed by the end of my first morning there."

"Lovely location next to beach, restaurants and cafes. We stayed in room 254 with a lovely view of the sea and gardens. The room is spacious felt freshly decorated and furnished. The room had plenty of storage was very clean with good lighting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with soft linen. The bath/shower looks refurbished had lovely smelling products and good water pressure. The coffee machine was a nice touch and there is a water cooler in the corridor. We couldn’t find a guide to facilities in the room. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities or telly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."
