"We had a lovely stay in one of the family rooms. It was a great space for our family of 4 especially the balcony with a view of one of the cities towers. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the main sights and a bakery right by the anpartment entrances. The self check in was very straight forward."

"Pros:
- The location was excellent and very convenient.
- The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist.
Cons:
- The walls were extremely thin\. We could clearly hear guests in the adjacent room talking, showering, and even flushing the toilet. This was especially disruptive when guests returned to their room at 3:30 a\.m\., making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
- The toilet seat was not properly fitted to the toilet, which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic.

"Please consider higher quality bed sheets that are not scratchy. The aparment is clean, and orgainzed. VERY NOISY during night sleep hours with courtyard two bars full of people talking loudly plus loud noises from city workers emptying the three garbage bins below bedroom windows 3-5a every morning. Your add needs to share information abour bar and nightgly garbage removal noises, the main reasons I would not return. Unfornately we did not get much sleep."

"The main problem was the room’s temperature. We chose this place because it listed air conditioning, which was important given daily highs in the 30s. When we checked in we were told leave the air condition ing at 26. That would have been fine if the AC worked. It did not. Calls and messages to the property went unanswered. I would not go back"

"This hotel has a bit of old world charm and great staff. My wife and I both were impressed with the whole experience. "The property was excellent for an older hotel. It was clean and everything seemed in working order. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was on point, with many options and tasty meats and cheeses. One huge point was the gluten free options. My travel companion is extremely allergic to wheat and the options for her were outstanding. I would definitely stay here again."

"Was clean enough. Elevator super tiny. Had breakfast which was nice. Off putting that staff would pick off fruit tray and eat with their fingers. While supposed to be working. May be a benefit of their job they can snack but at least use the utensils provided. Front desk staff lovely. Location excellent for walking and restaurants etc."

"J’ai réservé cet hôtel principalement pour son emplacement, très proche des principaux sites touristiques. Mais une fois arrivé dans la chambre, quelle déception !
La chambre donne directement sur la rue, avec des barreaux aux fenêtres et quasiment aucune vue. Elle est tellement sombre qu’on a l’impression de ne jamais voir la lumière du jour. Je n’aurais vraiment pas pu y rester deux nuits : je me suis senti étouffer.
La climatisation, quant à elle, fait un bruit terrible, ce qui n’arrange...

"The WiFi did not work well for us and the bidet was the only thing available in the room after using the toilet (no toilet paper). Our stay was very short so we did not get to experience the breakfast. The room was clean, but very small."
