Staff was nice, but when we got to the room, it was over 85 degrees. The heat had been left all the way up, it was hot, dry and stuffy, we had to turn the AC on to cool the room.The toliet was filled with wadded hair, like it had been dumped in there and they forgot to flush it. The beds were hard as a rock, betters options in EL.

Small, but comfy!

Visiting family in Lansiing, Mi. with my daughter. We had a two bedrm suite. It was older, but very neat and clean. Small kithenette had everything you would need. including a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and dishwasher. Beds were very comfy. The bathroom was small, including the toilet, but very clean.

The hotel was VERY expensive for what you got. The staff were great, and the rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the walls, ceilings and floors are VERY thin, and you can hear everyone above, beside and below you - in addition to outside activities and conversations. This would be a fine hotel for half the price. It was outrageously priced for the quality of construction.

I was going to give this place a 5 star review because location is nice if you’re on a work trip, staff is friendly, and the room was clean. They charged me $860 which was pending and I planned around that, but then charged me ANOTHER $818 without dropping the pending charge. I’m lucky to have a credit union who doesn’t penalize me for being $1,200 over my limit, other people might be SOL if this place did that to them. Called the bank and they said the hotel has to drop the charge. Someone who works there is incompetent, manager kept repeating “we already dropped it” well obviously not. Even the bank is calling them incompetent and the charge is not dropped.
