- Hors de prix pour ce qui est proposé
- Vieillot, serait parfait pour tourner le prochain Silent Hill ou Resident Evil
- Aucune propreté, poussiéreux, crasse dans la baignoire, humidité omniprésente...
- Aucune isolation, entendre le voisin écouter du maitre gims sous la douche ne m'intéresse vraiment pas...
- Fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, en pleine hiver c'est sympathique vu la temperature accordée par le radiateur...
- Literie en fin de vie, des trous dans le matelas tellement il a vécu...
Enfin bref, le seul point positif est d'être en face de la gare mais même avec ça je ne remettrai plus les pieds ici...
