"Having booked this hotel with very low expectations I was blown away by its facilities and 5* restaurant. The staff were fantastic, rooms exceptionally clean and restaurant was the best in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. The hotel Kunz offers exceptional value for money and easy parking which is always welcome especially as i was in a large van."

"My fiancé and I booked this hotel, last minute after leaving the outlets. What a wonderful surprise. Staff was was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was just ok, if I were to ever stay here again, I would skip it. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is in a lovely location, surrounded by nature. Although, it is secluded and its facilities are the only ones in the area. It makes it a unique opportunity to take a morning walk through the woods and breathe fresh air just before entering the old guesthouse building to enjoy breakfast. "Check in was smooth, the reception and restaurant staff was helpful and service was good.
HOWEVER, it was a terrible experience on the day we checked out. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady. Hospitality means a lot in the hotel/tourism industry, at least - basic manner please.

Great Property…Killer view!
"A wonderful hotel with a view that could not be matched in the area. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was quite warm outside. The view from the terrace should not be missed. The property is a stone’s throw from old castle ruins (free) and an underground sandstone quarry (there is an admission fee), as well as a short walk from the old town. Full disclosure: the hotel is on the top of a hill. While the walk into town was all downhill and relatively easy, the walk back up to the hotel could be viewed as somewhat strenuous."
