"Everything here was wonderful for my family and I. The only thing that wasn’t great was banging on a door for 45 minutes at 3 am. When I notified the front desk, the immediately sent up security but my children were already awake for the day due to it. We enjoyed our stay, none the less and my daughter was obsessed with the pool."

"I had a great stay at Alt Hotel Winnipeg. The space strikes a nice balance between chic and cozy, and the staff were genuinely warm and very helpful throughout my visit. I used the gym for a couple of days, and it held up surprisingly well as a substitute for my usual GoodLife workout. While a sauna or pool would have been a nice bonus, I understand the space constraints it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The location is a real highlight. It’s close to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made it easy to grab anything I needed during my stay. I also appreciated the hotel’s focus on eco-friendliness and guest security. The key card access to floors and common areas added an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. Overall, a stylish, well-located hotel with thoughtful touches I’d definitely stay again."

"The only issue is that the temperature outside had warmed up and they hadn’t switched over to cooling yet, and my room was hooooot. They sent someone twice but there wasn’t much they could do as ac wasn’t on yet. "

"Rooms need updating. Hallways smell like stale smoke. Carpets in hallways need cleaning. Room furniture need updating as well as fresh paint. Need ice machine in 2nd floor."

"Upon arrival, there was a mixup with the reservation we made through Expedia. The staff member wasn’t too understanding of our position as clients. It wasn’t our fault about expedias short coming communicating with the hotel. We were made to feel like we were at fault, unjustly. We understand that an employees experience dealing with various situations comes with time. Hopefully this constructive criticism will assist for training purposes. The hotel is going through renovations. The atmosphere wasn’t ideal, but we understand the situation. Our stay was pleasant otherwise."
