"Ich war für eine Nacht im The Regent Aparthotel in Cambridge und insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut, der Eingangsbereich und die Sitzbereiche sind sauber und gepflegt und zudem schön weihnachtlich dekoriert, was eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war perfekt, besonders die noch warmen Croissants haben mir sehr gut gefallen.
Mein Zimmer im zweiten Stock war sehr sauber und angenehm warm.

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. "A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge.
Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing.
I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...

"The Kings suite was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was useful, as was the separate seating area. The bath in the bedroom was a delight. The candles in the room were a nice touch. The decor was classy. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you"
