An absolutely outstanding experience.
All staff members were attentive, personal and helpful. I can say without hesitation that that staff were wonderful ambassadors for Glen Erin.
Thanks for a great weekend.
Enjoyed the stay with my family over the weekend. Will visit again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
The staff who I experienced were 5 star in hospitality I could not complain from check in though to dinner and especially breakfast .
The accommodation was clean out dated but clean .
The pillows provided were directly out of your greatest nightmare. The beds are firm , not my thing but you can not please everyone.
Overall Phenomenal staff, outdated but clean and obviously well maintained property. I would return but with my own pillow x
The property is beautiful with panoramic gardens/vineyard. Rooms were of motel standard, spacious with good linens and garden views. Breakfast buffet was excellent, a variety of foods to choose from; fresh eggs, mushrooms, fresh fruit platter with a coffee machine. What let the experience down was the service, we stayed two nights and housekeeping forgot to service our room. We made our own bed, called for towels and milk which was clearly an inconvenience as there was large wedding taking place at the time. We had Friday night dinner in the restaurant and the meal was underwhelming and quite expensive, only one vegetarian main option; risotto which lacked taste and the steak was satisfactory. When we arrived for breakfast at 9am the restaurant was full of morning after wedding patrons, there were no tables, we were offered to sit in the wine tasting area but thankfully some people left after a little while and we could have a table in the restaurant, however we had to clear the table ourselves. There was only one poor waitress for the whole restaurant, it was very understaffed. Whilst we were having our breakfast, a wedding tour was being conducted through the food area and venue, this wasn’t very considerate or professional. So overall, great place to get married, not such a great place for a quiet weekend and there are much better options in surrounding towns. Unfortunately, we left our phone charger behind and were offered a $20 cost to post it to us, bit rich.

The property surrounds we’re lovely, the room is a little out dated but comfortable. I burnt myself turning the hot water off in the shower, because it was leaking. And I battled for the water temperature to stay the same whilst in the shower.
The service was lovely and our breakfast was DIVINE as were the wait staff.
Overall it was a nice, comfy place to stay.
Would be superb for a wedding!!
Great venue, overlooking the vineyard. Comfortable bed, excellent staff. Awesome steak meal. Compliments to the Chef and staff in the Restaurant. Highly recommend this venue
Very comfortable and spacious units. Slightly dated but extremely clean and bed great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Really good lounge area, lovely breakfast and l
Great amenities to keep you occupied Would definitely go back.
We had a lovely relaxing time from swimming in the pool, walking around the grounds, spotting Henry the peacock and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Staff were very attentive, we played pool & table tennis in the games room and were shown around all the amenities. We had a good sleep and up bright and early for breakfast which was excellent. one f the staff came and asked us if they could borrow our granddaughter Eva for a minute as she wanted to show her something. Henrietta the female peacock has 2 babies and Eva got to name them to she was extremely excited. Nice close proximity to Hanging Rock as well. All in all great weekend, thanks heaps Glen Erin. 5 stars.
Upon arriving was greeted by friendly staff and informed of where we needed to be and where to go, on entering our room we were greeted by excellent quality room with a view over the main courtyard, the staff were great and rooms excelent
The restaurant was a example of excellence with well trained staff and food that was to die for.
Will definatly be coming back again .
Property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and friendly.. the food was outstanding and fresh the menu was well thought,Great Chef’s !! The bath rooms were outdated but the room itself was big and the beds were comfortable. The property is a perfect spot for a wedding and a relaxing holiday. Well done to all responsible. We will return
Comfy bed & great view... but cockroaches not nice
Glen Erin was located in a lovely spot, with nice views of the vineyard from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and had a nice sleep.
However, the trip did turn a bit sour when we returned from dinner to find a cockroach in our room.
The shower could also use some maintenance as the temperate would dramatically change from scorching hot to cold.
