Really nice hotel. Great clean room with a very comfortable bed. Fluffy, large towels and a glass door shower. Efficient and not too loud air conditioner. The pool is excellent. It's kept very very warm. Open late too.

Big hotel, lots of rooms but somewhat outdated. The AC was very loud and the bed sunk in - luckily it was just the box misaligned. Hotel was designed like a circle with the outdoor pool are in the middle with parking on the outside and was plentiful. Checking in took a while due to overcrowding from multiple events and only 2 staffs. Pool area was nice but the rooms felt old and dated, especially with dark brown carpeting that makes the room look even older. Hotel is handicap friendly and has assessable ramps all over from outside to inside. Overall, was an ok stay but we would likely try elsewhere next time.

Booked a weekend stay. Our room wasn’t completely clean, there was trash under the bathroom vanity and two roaches. The bedding had lint balls and that wasn’t pleasant. Our AC unit & thermostat did not work and i reached out to staff twice with no response. We were missing a chair in our outdoor terrace. Got back from dinner and there were a few bugs including a large cricket. Only reason I’m giving 3/4 stars is because the staff was friendly & the overall layout and amenities were nice.

A 60 dollar fee was charged at check in for incidentals. I Asked the staff and she said it will reverse after check out. Will be looking for that. The Red Caboose hotel I stayed did not charge anything to my card at check in, They kept it on file in case but didn't actually make a charge like the Wyndham did right at check in. The property is clean and room was good. Outside pool was nice and easy to get into. The indoor pool had no easy steps to get in only the ladder and is pretty deep up to 9 feet. Didn't bother to get in that pool.. The work out room was nice had everything needed to have a good workout.

The room was clean when we got there but no o e cleaned our room for the 5 days we were there. We had to ask cleaning staff in the hallway for more towels. They only opened up the Starbucks on the property when the hotel was more full or had a convention going on. The pool was great. The room was clean. The AC worked great but was extremely loud.
