"Our first time as we typically stay with more known brands. The room and general accommodations were good and provided the space needed. The cleanliness wasn’t up to par, and is an area the property could work to improve. Additionally, they were very sparse on general supplies, like towels, toilet paper and so forth. It is clear to me that some try, but they are hindered by budget or training. It’s acceptable if the price point was discounted from known brands, though to achieve a mid tier to premium rate, I’d like to see attention to cleanliness in the room and halls. "

"I had a good overall stay at the Tru by Hilton Tallahassee Central. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety, and the common areas were inviting and well kept. The location was also convenient, with shops and dining options nearby, which made things easy. The only thing I noticed was the absence of a pool, which would have been a nice addition to the overall experience. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a solid and reliable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again."
