"This family run hotel is well sited for access to Tbilisi. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The food and facilities are good and public areas and rooms are both clean. "I chose this hotel due to its relative closeness to the airport, since I only had an overnight layover. It suited my needs perfectly. The room was good-sized and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool in the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful -- specifically the front desk staff, but also the kitchen staff was great! "This place felt more like a home than a hotel. The team at the front desk helped us plan our city walks, gave insider tips, and even helped us order local food one night. Everyone was so kind and relaxed. Oh, and the location? Literally steps from everything. If you're a coffee addict like me, there's a perfect coffee for you. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Silver39 hotel in Tbilisi in June 2025. It’s clean, nicely located, and stuff is super friendly, also the rooftop terrace is quite nice. There are many great sightseeing places you can walk to from there. They make espresso drinks on site, but if you wake up early make sure to get some snacks ahead, as most eateries open after 10am only. I would recommend this hotel for your visit."
