"I really enjoyed my one night stay. The facility was very clean, staff helpful and professional, and there was a good selection at from breakfast bar. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it doesn’t have the amenities of something that normally rates that. It was right on par or better than than the bigger brand name hotels we stay in usually so the entire experience was great! I stayed there because it was the only decent option in the area, and it was a nice surprise!"

"I booked on short notice off of the internet. I was surprised, in a good way. I thought it was a cheap hotel and the truth is that it is a value added property. It was Quiet, clean and ground level. The staff was very nice, she told me about everything closing up and Sunday most places are closed in Lamar, Co. I was going to book a room on the way back but they did not have two rooms they were booked up. In the morning I checked out early and it was quick. I will stay here again on my next trip to DFW."

10/10 Excellent
"Traveled to and from DFW to Lamar, Colorado. We visited the Grand Canyon Of Texas just a few hours south of Lamar, Co. on the return leg of the trip. We arrived about 7 pm, both rooms were ready, clean and well stocked with cups towels and coffee. The rooms were spacious and well lit for work and to read later for pleasure. The bed I was in was soft, clean and next to the A/C and Heat. I did not hear another guest when I was in the room except for doors closing to the rooms. Very normal and very acceptable. The breakfast was simple, clean and quiet at 630 am with fresh fruits, orange and apple juices along with the morning cup of Java.... there were plenty of other choices but those were mine that morning. I travel regularly and this was affordable and clean and quiet. I can't stress QUIET enough when on the road and in hotels. The kids and parents I observed at 730pm in the pool were having a great time, splashing, yelling and when I stepped into the hallway and closed the door to the pool. Quiet... This was my first stay and I am looking into the credit card they offer to their customers. A good stay in a small town, remember they close up most if not all businesses at 6pm and the restaurants close by 9pm except for fast food. I will stay at another property they manage no questions asked. I picked this off of the internet and do not have a regret."

"Happily surprised by the room…I’m not going to lie. When I first pulled up I thought I was going to be checking into a run down hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The outside is a bit tattered ( they are currently working on it.) The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and animated. The room was clean and comfortable. Well maintained. I would definitely stay again if I come this route."

"The room was clean, quiet, and very reasonable price. The toilet ran all night. We checked in late in the evening and didn't want to bother the staff about that, but they will have a steep water bill if it continues. The outside of the building needs picked up and cleaned. Doors were open all around the building. We could not get the wi-fi to work. There was a coffee maker and coffee in the room, but no coffee pot or coffee cup to use the single serve unit."
