The Pines Cottages
10/10 Excellent
"Overall had a wonderful experience staying at The Pines Cottages. It was a lovely, quaint and cozy experience and the two office managers we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Couple of points to note, the wifi signal is a little weak in the cottages. Additionally, make sure to inform the office that you need housekeeping service to clean your room during your stay. It is in the instruction sheet but maybe if the office manager can also mention it during check in then that would be helpful. We made the mistake of informing them too late in the afternoon and unfortunately our room could not be cleaned during our entire stay. But we would definitely recommend these cottages to our friends and family if they were visiting Asheville."

"This property is an amazing resort. The building is stunning, overlooking the mountains. The property has about 5 bars and several restaurants, a spa and inside and outside pool, a gym with tennis etc. They have everything you need - to do nothing. With a huge fireplace in the lobby, there’s room for many to sit. The staff is beyond genuine and helpful. I can’t say enough good about this location. It’s located within a few miles of the Biltmore estate – which is not to be missed. We will return one day in the fall, to enjoy a different season at the Omni in Asheville."

"Hotel was fine, only one comfortable chair in out room. TV is quite dated (small) as is the programming all ads. Hotel provides $10/person cards to use to get coffee and bagels. Nice restaurant on site. Good location to walk and see the sights."

"Not really a breakfast, a grab and go. No room as the breakfast room, laundry and ice were all in the same room. The hallway had a musty smell. There were people smoking in their rooms and you could smell it in our room, which was smoke free."
