"Sea view was a great room. Very clean rooms. Staff is amazing. The property is very well taken care of. Good pool are and beach front. The restaurants were really good. Great location not far from lamai. All around great resort, cant wait to go back!"

"The photo I was sent on my confirmation for a king suite pool access was in fact an ocean front room and that was what I was expecting - what we got was a room where the only place to sit was on the bed - there was nothing KING about it or a suite as I know it - we have been to many 5 star resorts and this left us disappointed. I tried to upgrade and we were told they were full except 2 rooms around us were empty and I have no idea what else was - we did offer to pay. I will not be booking with Hotels.com again as I feel the booking was misrepresented in terms of the photo which was nothing like our room. Juliane"
