"This property was phenomenal. The energy was welcoming from the start. The room was very clean, not a speck of dust was found. A very cute and spacious room. The area of the inn was perfect as well. A good walk to the beach, local food places you can walk to all around, close to Newport where you can shop and eat. It was an enjoyable stay, affordable, and lovely. Will book again. "

"Very enjoyable stay in Newport at Town and Tide. Inn was close to many sites which we thoroughly appreciated as parking was difficult to find at times and expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious each morning. Would definitely recommend if in the area. "

"Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! "
