"Wonderful hotel "

"The rooms are immaculately clean and the property is well maintained, but everything is absolutely tiny. Out of dozens of 3-4 start properties across Canada, this is the smallest (and most poorly laid out) room I have ever experienced. The air conditioners are a complete joke... do not go here expecting to leave the AC on at night. It's one of those ancient 1980s era units that sits under the window, and it literally sounds like an Apache helicopter is trying to take off in your livingroom every time the thing turns on at night. I guarantee it will wake you every single time. I have coworkers who refuse to stay at this hotel (despite being close to our office) for that reason alone."

"I am writing this review to warn other travelers—particularly solo female travelers—about a traumatic and unsafe experience I had at this property. My stay was cut short due to a major security failure that left me feeling completely compromised. The issues began immediately when I was checked into the wrong room. I chose not to complain at the time, but the situation escalated into a nightmare at 4:00 AM when a group of strangers was given access to my room. They opened the door and entered while I was inside, which was terrifying. To make matters worse: • The room phone was broken: When I tried to contact the front desk to report the intruders, the phone did not work. I had to use my personal device to reach them. • Zero Proactive Communication: The staff informed me they would check the cameras and call me back. I never received that call. I had to follow up myself only to be told it was a "technical error." • No Management Follow-up: I was told a manager would contact me regarding this security breach and I have heard nothing. I felt so unsafe and shaken that I checked out immediately, unable to sleep or spend another minute in the building. A "technical error" is not an excuse for allowing strangers to enter an occupied room in the middle of the night. The lack of urgency and basic empathy from the staff since the incident is appalling."

"This hotel is being upgraded and we stayed in an upgraded room this week. The room was beyond our expectations, finally a hotel that understands lighting with overhead and mirror lighting in the bathroom and bedroom it was so nice to see to put on Make up etc and to have good light to do things in main part of the room They also installed back lighting on the bed head board which was quite lovey Super comfy beds and great restaurant attached to hotel This is our favourite airport hotel when we fly into Calgary it is clean well appointed and the staff are amazing"
