Top-notch service. Literally the entire staff knew me by name even though I had never introduced myself. The hotel is still new and only one year old, so the facilities were very new and clean. They also have an amazing spa service.
On my last day, after I checked out of the hotel, they let me use the shower at the spa for free so I could refresh myself before my flight back home.
The highlight of my stay was General Manager Ms. Mary Duong inviting me to join their 5 AM neighborhood street sweeping with the hotel staff to celebrate the hotel’s 1-year anniversary. I was inspired by the idea of giving back to the community by helping clean the neighborhood.
The hotel is located in District 1, right across from Ben Thanh Market, so everything I wanted to do was either within walking distance or a short ride away.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Saigon.
