"Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia "

"Central location and large room. Easy access to subway and citi bikes. Appreciated the mini fridge and good AC. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in midtown. "

"This hotel was great! The front desk staff was incredibly nice, the free coffee and rooftop area is really nice. As well, the filtered cold water station on our floor was a big plus. Our room was quite big for NYC standards despite getting the cheapest option, so we were happy. Unfortunately, the AC unit/generator in our room was extremely loud and would wake us up throughout the night even when we turned off the AC. Not sure what it was but it was an inconvenience. "Clean, a little worn and dark decor but fine for a place to crash after enjoying Manhattan. Nice clean, modern bathroom. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I really liked the gym around the corner that’s free to use when you stay here—nice touch. Good location. Not bad for the money. "

"This is in a nice locations, just a couple blocks from NY Public Library, Grand Central Station, Times Square. Rooms are small with basic necessities but we didn't plan to spend much time in the room so was just fine with us. The rooftop bar has nice views, but unfortunately was never open when we were at the hotel. "

"Wonderful place to stay …beautiful location…just a min walk to Times Square…u can find food anywhere around here 24/7..staff is superbly friendly…Tenzin and Rose at the counter was amazing…best place to stay when you are in New York …Oh o forgot the hop on hop off bus is just in front of the hotel…it takes you to the whole of New York …highly recommend since im from Malaysia…"
