"I was very disappointed that there was no USB charging port in the room. And no alarm clock. I was worried my phone would die and then had no clock to rely on either. There was a coffee pot in one of our rooms but not the others. Apparently the hotel is remodeling and there was furniture stacked in random places throughout the building. It looked terrible. The ice machine on our floor was facing backwards and was unusable. Not a great experience, but it was cheap. Breakfast was ok."

"Exceptional stay! The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. I especially loved the bedding—the linens were soft and the mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"

"Room was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out. Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. The little quirks were cute; colored trash bags, shapes and style of furniture. In the front office there...

"This was a stop over on a business trip from Colorado to Minnesota. This one day was the highlight of my week. A great way to relax and enjoy. Staff was wonderful and accomodations were plenty. WE ate at the restaurant, great food, great view and staff was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you to the Spearfish Lodge! We will be back! "
