"I can't say enough how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We were a large party (9 people) and they arranged a last minute restaurant reservation and transport for us without any hesitation on a busy evening. Also, the location and the resort itself were breathtaking and their pictures don't do it justice. Will definitely be returning. "

"Out of this world quality. With a sincere, warmer than warm welcome, we were shown into our one bedroom villa. Sounds pokey?? Don’t you believe it. Kitchen, two lounge areas, wood burning fire, study, balcony, main bathroom and guest WC. A total of 26 chairs between the two of us. Everything really high quality. The housekeeping team were first class. They even went to the trouble of emptying the washing machine and hanging out/folding our clean clothes. Franschhoek itself is a haven...

"This was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. It was scenic, top service, amazing meals and in a great location. The most important part was the staff. They are the most welcoming, kind and considerate staff. I had a bit of a stomach flu and the entire staff was going out of their way to help me. They made me ginger tea and the chef made me chicken soup. It was so nice. I highly recommend this property and Franshhoek as a place to visit. "

"It was a lovely property. Helpfully located for the vineyards via taxi. The area was under good security survelliance. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern and has a lot of art on show. Rooms were spacious and clean and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend "
