"The room was clean but the parking lot was an absolute mess! Construction debris was all over the place and made the place look very sketchy. The hotel is also right next to a train yard and you heard the trains all night long. Room walls are also very thin which resulted in hearing lots of different noises throughout the night. "

"We checked in early and they had no problems with that. Then we went in to the casino and notice all the restaurants. Great!! Played machines. Then decided to eat at 7:30PM. Of the 7 or 8 restaurants only 1 was open. It was an expensive restaurant that the cheapest meal was a burger for $25!!! Steaks up to $80. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes and couldn't get waited on. The bartender was rude. The front desk told us that on Mondays and Tuesdays the restaurants close down early. Why didn't they tell us that up front? We went to bed without eating a bit!!! Never will I go to that place again. Oh yes, 5 AM morning our coffee pot doesn't work. They have no coffee at the front and they do NOT serve any kind of breakfast. Why didn't anyone tell us about that!!! Poor poor hotel. Never again!"

"We have stayed here for years before our early flights out of KC, so clean and staff is wonderful, they even helped another couple clear off the ice from their car during the ice storm Jan 2025. That’s why we keep going back because the staff is eonderful"
