"The room was spacious for a family of four, overall it was a good stay but 1. My booking included parking, I was there for 3 nights and I had to come down every day and tell you guys to remove it from my bill. 2. Please let your guests know kids eat free at the buffet. We didn’t know this but the waiter was nice enough to ask if we had vouchers for the kids. That’s how we found out we didn’t have to pay for the kids breakfast. 3. When I went to get the breakfast vouchers on our last day, I went down to the first floor at 6:30 am and when I asked the person behind the desk he seemed annoyed and said sure. Almost like if I was asking for something i wasn’t supposed to ask for. 4. When I called for room service, the person who answered said they would be there as soon as they started 9:30. It was 11am and I had to call again. Finally someone came over but not until I called again. I needed my trash picked up and clean towels. 5. Last, around 6am on our last day at the hotel I checked my bank account and I had a charge for the buffet and parking fees. When I checked in they put a $200 hold on my account for any services or damages to the hotel. My parking was already paid for. 6. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am which make no sense because the people at the bar are super loud."

"Terrible staff, charged us more hidden fees to give us a room we had already paid for! Looked nothing like the photos. Pointless to be using the cite and getting a room if one is still going to be charged more fees to get a place and for it to look nothing like the photos!!!!"

"El staff es un poco malhumorado Cuando tienes preguntas, la mayoria. Los tickets de comida o drinks gratis en realidad son descuentos, tienes q pagar. Excepto por el desayuno, solo use una vez cada uno, no me agrado, sali afuera. Regrese todos los demas tickets al hacer checkout. Gracias"

"I would have loved to rate this stay a little bit higher than I did, but unfortunately due to the lack of cleanliness of the room, I cannot. We stayed one night in the luxury room with double queen beds. I was hoping that the room matched the images, but it was dirty. It seemed as if the housekeepers looked past the room and the smaller details of it. There was a piece of cheesecake in the fridge. There was a cucumber slice in the corner of the room and pieces of food still on the carpet. When I opened one of the drawers there was foil in it. There was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floors and the bottom of the tub was dark. The scent was not pleasant either, once you opened the door, it had a perpetual a$$ smell. The things I did enjoy was the early check in, the amenities, and how close everything was. The movie theater, the pool, and the lake. There was also a little gas station in the parking lot of the hotel which was nice."

"This hotel is amazing, Great location, super clean and stuff was kind, informative and very respectful! The breakfast was well organized considering the amount people served! Not a missing items at any moment! The rooftop bar was very pleasant place to sit and chill. Strongly recommended!!!"

"Everything was good with the hotel, But the white front desk guy was making fun of my accent :) the middle eastern guy was rude and had an attitude , the black lady was very nice and helpfull ! Thank you."

Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park

"Stayed here for a recent trip to Chicago and overall the experience was okay. The location is convenient for downtown attractions and Millennium Park, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Staff were generally polite and check-in was fairly smooth. The rooms were decent, though some areas felt a little dated for the price. Amenities and service were fine but nothing especially memorable. It worked well as a place to stay while exploring the city, but I expected a bit more considering the reputation and cost. Good option if location is your priority, but not necessarily a standout luxury experience."

"Random person tried getting into our room at 1:00AM. Spoke with someone at the front desk and they advised they would look into it. Put a damper on our final night with reports of tourists being robbed at hotels in the area."
