"We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Overall it was a horrible stay. Overbooked, understaffed, poor customer service, smells like mold and the list can go on and on. 3rd floor plumbing is complete trash. They should provide plungers in each room on that floor since so many people needed maintenance. One time maintenance took one hour to arrive. 3rd floor rooms smelt moldy and often smelt of feces coming through the vents. One of the days the 24/7 cafe had to close because they were understaffed (only Mindy and Haley were amazing). The pool shows open 9am-11pm but one of the days the pool didn't even open until 3pm so guests were forced to go to the pool at Edgewater if they wanted a pool. They have cabanas and daybeds which cannot be reserved due to staffing. Weekend valet times were insane (taking 30 minutes to bring the car around). During the 30 min wait, the guy working the window was making snarky remarks when people were not providing tips. Valet even closed mid-day on a Saturday. Overall, the property was run down and was in no way, shape or form family friendly. Nothing for families to do (and rather boring). Poor ventilation and very smokey (especially compared to Edgewater). By far the worst customer service of any hospitality spot. We had better customer service from the gas station attendant. If you are going to charge resort fees, be sure the quality is there to support that. Won't be staying here again."
