"Very well located property. We stayed in the premium apartment. It is newly renovated. Extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchenette available and a full size fridge. Staff very friendly sand welcoming. Situated behind the hotel so easy access to incredible meals, well priced drinks with a sea view. Highly recommend as value for money."

Helpful, polite, prompt in resolving things - bedside lamp was not working, came to replace. You also need to ask the staff how to connect the TV to your hotspot if you want to watch Youtube / netflix. It is not a given even though it is a smart TV. I think these information could be mentioned upfront to guests, and not wait for them to ask. The initiative would be great. Only...

"All good, short drive from the airport. Short walk to the Strand. Plenty options for food inside the hotel and around the strand. Parking is not so convenient because it is across the hotel."

"I selected this property because the images showed a view of the river, marina and ocean but on check it the room barely had windows so I paid for an upgrade to a room with a balcony that turned out to be about two square meters and looked over the seedy back street on the second floor with no lift. The included breakfast was very limited so I opted to just have a takeaway coffee that I was charged for. The staff was pleasant and that is the best thing I can say, unfortunately."
