"The property was completely unprepared. To start with, the people in charge of it were lost looking for keys for some four hours. The interior was smelly, with puddles of (hopefully) water on the floor, the bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned for years. Horrible location, in the middle of nowhere, a good 40- minute drive to the city center. Ants in the bedrooms, cockroaches in the kitchen.Obviously no one cared about housekeeping.We even had to buy toilet paper ourselves! This qualifies...

"Un hôtel vraiment magnifique ! Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est adorable, attentif au moindre détail. Tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les lieux sont impeccablement propres, le petit-déjeuner est magnifique et le cadre est tellement apaisant. Et gros plus : l’hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied de Jamaâ El Fna, tout en restant un véritable havre de paix. Une très belle découverte, je recommande sans hésiter !"

"We had an amazing time at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location is amazing and it has a mall connected which made getting water etc quite easy. The pool area is lovely. Overall we had a lovely stay. One comment I would make would be that it would have been nice if action was taken sooner when one guest was being inappropriate at the pool and making the entire pool deck uncomfortable. People were complaining for serval hours before the quest was finally required to leave the area. I can appreciate that it was a challenging situation to manage but I also think everyone has a right to be comfortable. Eventually something was done and staff were monitoring this guest but it would have been nice if action was taken sooner. Aside from the pool situation the one day everything else was fabulous."
