"Decent stay"

"Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong: The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours. To make matters worse, I was told by a staff...

"Smelled of mold, so badly I couldn’t breathe well. Manager said “no problem” we will give the refund. Contact hours are from 12am-2pm. They never responded to Expedia’s attempts to refund my stay. My credit card refunded my stay, instead."

"The room wasn't cleaned properly; the floor was dirty, there was hair everywhere, and the duvet cover didn't look clean. I had to ask for a better cleaning. However, the hotel was in a good location and bed was comfortable."

"Location 5* (right opposite Paramarth Ashram, so one can see evening Ganga Arati from balcony) Service 5* (very helpful staff) Room size 5* (Premium Ganges view room) Bed 5* (very comfy) Room cleanliness 4.5* (bathroom sinks and faucets were clean but not quite western standard, lots of deposits visible) Morning breakfast 4* (limited choice for western standard) WiFi 3* (slow)"

"Staff was very helpful. Perfect location for the international Yoga festival. Room was good. "

"This hotel is very near to ghat, well maintain clean, staff is also well behaviour, This hotel does not have parking. Good breakfast, avoid dinner in the hotel there are many open option outside for dinner."

"Great location and staff. Nice rooms but the hotel needs some repairs as many things around the hotel are broken or old and need updating"
