"The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience."

"The lake was very peaceful. The room was a good size. The instructions were so easy to follow. The security deposit was given back the day after. We went to Tims next door to get drinks which was fun. The only problem I have was the curtains in the room was not black out and if you're not up and ready in the morning then you will be awake. "The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were ineffective. Luckily we brought pillows and we were so exhausted that the bed didn't stop us from sleeping.

"We booked a suite room for the space.
Pros: Very spacious, good water pressure, beds were decadent, continental breakfast was ok. Pool was a bit chilly.
Cons: Hot tub didn’t work, lock on adjoining door to suite was broke, door handle and lock (whole structure) to the bathroom was broke and couldn’t close the door fully without being trapped, phone didn’t work, both TVs had inputs that didn’t work and couldn’t connect devices, Fruit loops under the couch.
