"The bed was not good, otherwise it was ok, older property, could use a freshen up and new Beds! Also the breakfast doesn't start until 6:30am."

"I thought the mattresses were too soft and I had minor back pain in the mornings. Website advertised a $10.99 breakfast for hotel guests, but there was no such offer at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beware that in order to find meals outside of hotel you may have to travel a distance."

"Worst hotel ever. When we arrived they gave us our key and when we got to the room other people were already in there. We go back get another key to another room and there was someone in that room when we opened the door — some guy that we “think” worked there but was dressed in basketball clothing — he left and the room was soo dirty . We did not feel safe so asked to cancel as we were not going to stay after all of this. They said ok but Expedia will have to refund you - I hope someone from Expedia actually reads these reviews."

"Hotel needs updating badly. Had an issue with the toilet draining so I stopped at the front desk to ask that it be looked into. The gentleman asked me if I had plunged it yet?? Huh? I don’t carry a plunger in my luggage. He said they would bring me one. For real? One it is not my issue to fix and two I paid for my stay, how do you feel it is my responsibility to fix your issue? I don’t live there nor do I work there. We left for the day and came back to 0 room service, our keys didn’t work and the toilet wasn’t fixed. After requesting it be fixed again someone came and plunged it and while doing so let the plunger drip all over the bath mat and the floor and didn’t even clean it up. Apparently hospitality isn’t your strong point. Never again will I grace them with my presence"

"From the time my husband and I checked in until the day we checked out, we felt unwelcome by the staff. Any time we had a question or needed assistance, it seemed as though we were inconveniencing them. Interactions were often brief, with little effort made to provide friendly customer service or a welcoming atmosphere. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near attractions in Sioux Falls. However, the overall guest experience was negatively impacted by the lack of hospitality. My husband and I travel frequently, and while the location has its positives, we would not choose to stay here again due to the service we received."

"Do not let the photos deceive you. This place is dirty, quite run down and unpleasant overall. Our blankets had holes, the shower temperature was varied and never a consistent temperature. There were some safety concerns due to a couple of people continually roaming the halls. You can hear every noise within a 4 room radius through your walls clear as day. The pool does not work, per other reviews it seemingly has never worked?? Not to mention the sorry excuse for the offered breakfast. I had planned a weekend there and left after the first night to go directly next door. That was the best decision I made all weekend. This place is not worth $20/night, and damn sure not worth whatever they decide to charge. DO NOT STAY HERE."
