"Most staff were friendly while some were grumping who were serving Monday morning breakfast. Breakfast choices were better the second day if they had enough to serve everyone and kept stocked. I had to ask for items to be refilled just have them run out again 2 mins later with all the guest and the items were not refilled again before she closed the station down with 15 mins left of breakfast time which was only 2 hours to access. "

"The rooms were huge with full amenities such as a kitchen: full refrigerator/ top stove and a microwave! The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and the front desk personnel were very helpful. I did have an incident occur but the front desk personnel I cannot remember her name I should have written it down maybe with a s? blond hair but anyways she was very understanding and made sure I received compensation and that was very kind."

"We had a great stay at Hyatt House. The staff and housekeeping team were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus especially with a toddler. We also appreciated the on-site amenities like the pool, laundry facilities, and bar, which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were pretty extensive renovations going on which limited the use of elevators, we took the stairs which was fine but not ideal when on higher floors. Beds were comfortable, black out shades were great and the room was quiet and comfortable."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"The walls were clearly touched up, which ok, but the room should definitely get a whole new coat of paint. I was also struggling for light in the bathroom. It was very dark for a woman getting ready. I also think for the suites you should supply extra trash bags, and ice bags in the room if they are not going to stop by everyday. Just for sanitary reasons. I did take my trash out every night but I had to use “grocery bags” that I used purchasing items in the city. A cherry topper would have been...

"For the price we paid, it was good enough. Location is great, 15 minutes' nice walk to the center of Seattle, the Aquarium, Pike Place Market, main tourist areas, and we felt safe. The amenities are outdated, there is no AC in the rooms, and we had to open the windows, but we didn't notice any loud noise. The hotel is very old, but well accommodated."

"The hotel itself needs upgrades, the windows definitely needs secondary double glazing! It’s really noisy at night and there are gaps in the windows which doesn’t help! Decor needs attention, and the shower fittings need replacing, but I have to say the staff are fantastic, and the bar food was exceptional if a little pricey! "

"Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Major downfall you cant sleep in the room, the air unit is so loud it rattles non stop. It was the loudest room i have ever tried to sleep in. Really put a damper on the vacation, everyone was exhausted because of lack of sleep. "
