"The room and beds were clean and comfortable. However the room door didn't close and latch on it's own weight and had to be pushed or pulled closed. It took a very long time to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with general choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal were all available and I have to say the coffee was delicious. "Staff cared very little for the needs of the guest. The AC in our room sounded like a lawn mower. It kept cycling on and off and didn't even cool the room. We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. We come to the area several times a year to visit family, but will select another hotel...
