"Check in staff was very friendly. We had one staff member be very ugly to my 4 year old autistic grandson while at the pool because he grabbed a table top and was going to throw it into the pool. Which we handled the situation. She yelled and said if it happened again he would be banned from the pool."

"Place being remodeled but new furniture stacked in entry way, breakfast area, hallways..a mess crowded….room has Very OLD Worn ,Dirty furniture..no clock, bathroom has cracked tiles, dirty…breakfast was a joke: nothing even warm nor cold stuff was NOT cold: new furniture stacked in breakfast area: only 4 small tables..worn,old..would NOT return to this mess…web shows a clean nice place but Not mention of a remodel going on…entry, hallways, breakfast area, elevator and room SMELLed: unpleasant Moldey, misty.."
